Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat each piece evenly.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, making sure they’re secure.
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh shrimp. Wooden skewers should be soaked in water before grilling.
