Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat each piece evenly.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, making sure they’re secure.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh shrimp. Wooden skewers should be soaked in water before grilling.
