Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (16-20 count), peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2-3 teaspoons minced garlic (fresh)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for one more minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and parsley, then serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use fresh garlic and don’t overcook the shrimp to prevent rubberiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
