Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Pasta (farfalle or penne)
  • 2 cups Tomatoes, diced (ripe cherry or grape)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. Prepare the mix: In a large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, mozzarella, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
