Ingredients
- 18.3 oz box Fudge Brownie Mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips (preferably dark chocolate)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips without overmixing.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough, placing balls about 1.5 inches thick on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top of each dough ball.
- Bake for 10 minutes, adding 1-2 minutes if still soft.
- Remove from the oven and cool for about 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
To maintain a soft texture, mix until just combined. Chill the dough for thick cookies or add chopped nuts for extra texture.
