Ingredients
- 1 box (18.4 oz) Brownie Mix
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 large Eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl by heating it in 30-second bursts until it’s just liquid.
- Whisk the eggs and vanilla in a separate mixing bowl until frothy and light.
- Incorporate the melted butter into the egg mixture slowly while whisking.
- Add the brownie mix to the bowl and stir until no dry streaks remain.
- Fold in the flour gently until dough is thick and shiny.
- Add the chocolate chips and ensure they’re well-distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, making 2 tablespoon mounds with 2 inches of space.
- Bake for 10 minutes, watching for a crinkle pattern on the surface.
- Cool on the pan for at least 5 minutes before lifting.

For dairy-free, substitute butter with coconut oil; for vegan, use vegan chocolate chips and flax eggs.
