Description
Delicious cookies that capture the rich, chocolatey goodness of brownies in a chewy, fudgy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (18.3 oz)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour until well mixed.
- Pour in the vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out 1.5 tablespoons of dough and place the balls a few inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the tops are crinkly and the edges are set, with slightly soft centers.
- Allow the cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Notes
Don’t overmix to keep the cookies soft and fudgy. Chill the dough for thicker cookies. Experiment with toppings like sea salt or sprinkles.
