Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops have formed a lovely crackly crust.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, substitute vegetable oil with melted butter. Best served warm.
