These brownie mix cookies blend the rich decadence of brownies with the delightful texture of freshly baked cookies, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth quickly.
Ingredients
- 1 family-size (18-ounce) box Brownie Mix
- 3 tablespoons (22 grams) all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons (18 grams) dark cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line three baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, pour in the brownie mix.
- Stir in the flour and dark cocoa powder.
- Lightly beat the eggs and add to the dry ingredients.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix well until blended.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop out about 20 balls of dough using a #30 ice cream scoop or tablespoon, rolling them into smooth balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Space the balls on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake one tray at a time for 10–12 minutes, depending on preferred gooeyness.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for up to one hour before moving them.
Notes
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
