Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) box Ghirardelli brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges look set but the centers are still doughy.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a richer flavor, substitute vegetable oil with melted butter. Add nuts or sea salt for extra flavor.
