Delicious brownie cookies that combine the rich flavor of brownies with the chewy texture of cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a mixing bowl. Stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.
  4. Gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Use a scoop to form tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
