Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Add the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds, mixing thoroughly.
