Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  2. Add the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and finely chopped red onion to the bowl.
  3. In a small separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower mixture. Toss until all ingredients are well coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
