Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Fold in the crumbled bacon, ensuring it’s mixed well.
