Description

Delicious and nutritious Breakfast Popsicles combining yogurt, fruits, and granola for a fun morning treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup granola
  • Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)


Instructions

  1. Begin by mixing the yogurt with honey or your preferred sweetener in a bowl.
  2. In your popsicle molds, start layering: place a few strawberry slices at the bottom.
  3. Add blueberries next, followed by a sprinkle of granola.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the top until the molds are almost full.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until completely solid.
  6. When ready to serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for easy release.

Notes

Best served chilled. Experiment with different fruits, yogurts, and granola types to suit your taste!
