Description

This high-protein blueberry cheesecake cottage cheese ice cream is creamy, easy to make, and loaded with real ingredients. With no ice cream maker required, it’s the perfect healthy treat that tastes just like blueberry cheesecake, rich in flavor, high in protein, and completely guilt-free.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for best texture)
  • 1/3 cup blueberry jam (or mashed fresh blueberries)

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for topping)


Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor until completely smooth.

  2. Add blueberry jam, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla; blend until well mixed.

  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container and spread evenly.
