Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets evenly with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned salmon fillets, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are nicely blackened and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream sauce over the cooked salmon fillets in the skillet.
- Let it simmer for a few minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
Notes
