Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets evenly with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned salmon fillets, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are nicely blackened and cooked through.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the cream sauce over the cooked salmon fillets in the skillet.
