Ingredients
- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and let it cool.
