Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- Cilantro Lime Dressing
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

- Combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
