A vibrant and refreshing Greek Pasta Salad featuring crisp vegetables, hearty pasta, and a zesty dressing.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta (any type)
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once ready, drain and let it cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, and olives.
- Add the feta cheese to the bowl, then pour in the Greek dressing.
- Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Feel free to switch out ingredients based on your preferences. For added crunch, try tossing in some toasted pine nuts or sunflower seeds!
