Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Wash the asparagus and trim 1-2 inches from the bottom to remove tough ends. Ensure they are dry.
  3. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt, then toss again for even seasoning.
  5. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
