Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (made from scratch)
  • 2 Anchovy fillets (optional)
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and put it in a large salad bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the anchovy fillets (if using), minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until smooth to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss until every leaf is coated.
  4. Sprinkle croutons and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Toss everything gently before serving to combine.
