Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup Croutons
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (made from scratch)
- 2 Anchovy fillets (optional)
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and put it in a large salad bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the anchovy fillets (if using), minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until smooth to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss until every leaf is coated.
- Sprinkle croutons and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Toss everything gently before serving to combine.

For best results, prepare the dressing a day in advance. Keep dressing separate until serving to maintain freshness.
