Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese


Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, onion, basil, teriyaki sauce, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Mix everything together until well combined, but don’t overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, keeping them about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Preheat your grill over medium heat.
  5. Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Notes

Don’t overwork the meat and make a dimple in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while grilling.
