  • 1 zucchini, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the beef cubes and cut vegetables to the marinade, mixing well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for optimum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, preparing it for the kabobs.
