Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
