Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
