Ingredients
- 3 large Hass avocados (or 4-5 small)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 2 serrano or jalapeño peppers, minced
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Score the flesh in a crisscross pattern and scoop it into a large bowl.
- Add the diced tomatoes, minced onion, cilantro, peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the ingredients together using a fork or potato masher until you reach your desired consistency.
- Serve with tortilla chips or use it as a topping for tacos, burgers, or salads.
