Ingredients

  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with taco seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Cook the shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Make the slaw: In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
