Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb shrimp (36-40 count per bag), peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add the butter and minced garlic. Let it simmer gently for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the shrimp to the pan along with the seasoning salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Stir well to coat the shrimp.
  3. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.

Notes

For best results, use medium-to-large shrimp and avoid browning the garlic to prevent bitterness.
